The overview

Built with purpose.

Real Estate Pro is a mobile property-discovery prototype developed through a team project. It focuses on browsing Nigerian sample listings and reviewing prices, locations, property features, and agent information on a phone.

The Flutter and Dart application combines a Material 3 interface with Riverpod account state and GoRouter navigation. Popular, recommended, and recent property cards connect the home view with a property information screen, while Explore presents sample companies and broker profiles. Separate sign-in and registration forms include role choices for agents and property buyers or sellers; the source includes Firebase account and property services.

The gallery shows the native Android interface in guest mode. Listings, prices, company and agent profiles, property specifications, and ratings are illustrative source data.

The question we explored.

Property discovery needs to balance prominent photography with prices, locations, and enough detail to compare a listing. The project needed a clear mobile browsing structure that could connect property cards, company and broker context, and account entry points.

02 / The approach

Thoughtful decisions. Clear direction.

A carousel-based home organizes popular, recommended, and recent sample listings. Explore adds company and broker cards, and a focused property page brings the selected listing's image, price, location, description, and feature summary together. Guest browsing and separate account forms keep discovery accessible while making account entry points clear.
